Who do these terms cover?

These terms apply to anyone who uses bestseoagencysydney.com.au. The site is published by MEMETIK PTY LTD (ABN 57 684 339 900), trading as Searchmaxxed ("we" and "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

These terms cover use of this website only. If you hire Searchmaxxed or any listed agency, your agreement with that agency governs the work and prevails over these terms if the two conflict.

What is this directory for?

The directory helps businesses find and compare marketing agencies. Agencies are ranked by one published score, explained on how we rank. No agency pays to be listed or ranked.

Searchmaxxed owns the directory. Its own agency receives promotional position 1, labelled Promoted. Other listings follow the published Google-review score order. Read the disclosure for details.

How accurate is the listing information?

Ratings, review counts and contact details come from public Google business listings on the date shown. Services, prices and other business facts come from each agency's own website on the date it was read. Businesses change, so some details may be incomplete or out of date.

Confirm prices, services and terms with the agency directly. Report an error through the claim form.

Is anything on this site advice?

Everything on this site is general information. It does not take your business, goals or budget into account. Get advice suited to your situation before you make a decision that relies on it.

Does a listing or ranking promise results?

A score reflects public review data and the published method at one point in time. It predicts nothing about the work any agency will do for you. We make no promise about the rankings, traffic, leads or revenue any listed agency will deliver, including Searchmaxxed.

Who owns the content on this site?

Searchmaxxed owns the site's text, design, scores, rankings and reports. Agency names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners. Ratings and review counts are shown as observed on Google.

You may view the site, share links and quote short extracts or report figures with a link to the source page. Ask us before you copy or republish the directory in bulk.

What may you not do on this site?

• Send automated requests at a rate that slows the site for others.
• Try to get around security, reach the database or interfere with how the site runs.
• Send false requests or requests about an agency you do not work for or represent.
• Use the site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

How can agencies use the score badge?

A listed agency may place its badge from the badges page on its own website without changing it. The badge shows the current score and changes with each data run. If the listing is removed, the badge stops showing.

What happens when you send a request?

Send only accurate details and only for an agency you work for or represent. We check each request against the agency's website and Google profile before anything changes, and we may decline a change we cannot confirm. The privacy policy explains how request details are handled.

What about links to other websites?

The site links to agency websites and to the Searchmaxxed booking page. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their content. Any agreement you make with an agency is between you and that agency.

What is our liability?

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to those rights, we provide the site as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Can these terms change?

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and changes apply to use of the site from that date.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
